Comway Fiber bring the Customer Referral Program Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) for its active and valid1 Subscribers2 subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned below (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”).
1 Valid Subscriber means having valid Subscription of Comway Fiber internet services as per Law.
2 A “Subscriber” shall mean: (i) the rightful user of the internet connection subscription, in whose name the internet customer ID is registered with Comway Fiber Fiber.
3 Referred Customer shall mean a subscriber of any other operator who opts in for a Comway Fiber connection on the reference of the Referrer.
4 Referrer shall mean a valid Comway Fiber Subscriber who refers a new customer to Comway Fiber connection.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE AVAILING THE OFFER. BY PROCEEDING WITH AVAILING THE OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. - Under the Customer Referral Program, a Comway Fiber Subscriber on referring a friend or family for a Comway Fiber connection shall be entitled to receive benefits under the Offer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions provided herein.
- Offer Details:

- Upon each successful referral an existing Comway Fiber customer shall get 15 days of extension on existing subscription.
- The validity for two referrals can be extended in the said month itself. Any additional referrals shall be accrued for the next subsequent months.
- The existing customer can only redeem the benefits of 30 days, i.e., two referrals in a month.
- No modification shall be accepted related to extension, (including clubbing of extensions beyond a month as mentioned in Terms and conditions provided herein) at the time of benefit credit to the customers.
- The rewards of the offer are not transferrable to any other customers.
- These offers under this Customer Referral Program cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
- Offer Eligibility

- To avail the Offer the Referrer must be a valid Subscriber of Comway Fiber Internet who owns a Comway Fiber connection on his own and pays bills on his own behalf;

- Procedure and eligibility to send a referral request and redeem the benefits:

- As mentioned in Point 1 above, a Comway Fiber Subscriber may refer a friend or family for a Comway Fiber connection.

- To refer a friend or family for a Comway Fiber connection, Comway Fiber Subscriber may send a referral via the link provided by Comway Fiber (through website, SMS, Whatsapp chatbot or other official social media channels).
- On receiving such referral request Comway Fiber’s system will check if the Referred Customer joins Comway Fiber via the referral route by 7th of every calendar month.
- If the Referred Customer successfully subscribes in within this period, i.e., by 7th of every calendar month, then relevant benefits as provided under point 2 shall be given to such Referred Customer subject to the Terms and Conditions provided herein.
- Offer Validity
This Referral program Offer is a limited period offer available for referrals made from 14th May 2021 until company’s notice (“Special Offer Period”) for existing Customer whose referred customer has successfully subscribed in for an internet connection of Comway Fiber.
- This Offer can only be availed as long as both the Referrer and the Referred Customer are availing the Comway Fiber internet service.
- Comway Fiber reserves the right to accept or reject any internet request, from the Referred Customer based on the availability of documents or Referred Customer not fulfilling the criteria as is required by Comway Fiber, at its sole discretion. The decision of Comway Fiber shall be final and binding on the Referred Customer and the Referred Customer hereby agrees to accept the decision of Comway Fiber without any protest or demur.
- Comway Fiber reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify these offers or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the Terms and Conditions and rewards at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies, changes by regulatory authorities, statutory changes and for other reasons beyond its control. The latest revised version of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective and binding from the time of its posting on the Website. Therefore, Subscribers are advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions and in the event the modified or amended Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, the Subscriber should discontinue availing the offers. Continued use of the offers or participation in the contest will constitute acceptance of the latest revised Terms and Conditions by the Subscriber.
- Subject to any applicable law (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly DISCLAIMED by Comway Fiber including, but not limited to, meeting of the Referrer’s and/or Referred Customer’s requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, any delay or failure in receiving or sending an SMS for answering the question or otherwise; (b) The Referrer and the Referred Customer expressly agrees that his/her participation in the offers is at Referrer's sole risk and is governed by the Terms and Conditions herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the website or otherwise shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind by Comway Fiber.
- The offers herein are subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Comway Fiber (“Force Majeure Event”).
- The offers under the Customer Referral Program are subject to guidelines/ directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications (“DoT”), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
- Comway Fiber may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions and may share customer information with Franchise partners without consent of the Subscribers.
- Comway Fiber reserves the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify any Subscriber who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions as set out herein. Failure by Comway Fiber to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Any attempt by a Subscriber to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Customer Referral Program is a violation of laws and should such an attempt be made, Comway Fiber reserve the right to seek damages from any such Subscriber to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Comway Fiber does not make any commitment, express or implied to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the Subscriber.
- Nothing herein shall affect any intellectual property rights of Comway Fiber in any product or service made available on the Website.
- The Referrer, Referred Customer hereby irrevocably authorize Comway Fiber, that the data gathered during and/or after the contest in respect of the offers under the Customer Referral Program including name and information etc. of the Referrers and Referred Customers) shall be used by Comway Fiber and its subsidiaries in its any communications including marketing promotions and advertisements along with/without Comway Fiber brand.
